Kelly Houston is Team Leadership Coach, Networking Technologist and Change Agent.  During his career, his specialty has been helping technology startup companies achieve successful implementation of cutting edge  technology solutions.  He has worked inside of three different startup companies.

With over 28 years of experience in Network Engineering, Cloud Architecture and Telecommunications Infrastructure with Venture backed technology companies, he is passionate about empowering Leaders and Organizations to achieve their full potential.

As the President and Founder of Wellness Beings, he provides Coaching and Consulting Services to Leaders and their Teams. He is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) with a strong background in Organizational Leadership and building Global Teams. 

One of his major accomplishments using this combination of skills was to lead a Globally diverse team in building the world’s largest Virtualized Mobile Packet Core Network.

He has been successful because of his drive for collective and personal growth as well as his ability to learn new concepts quickly, his ability to adapt to changing circumstances, his intense curiosity, and methodical problem solving skills.

What’s unique about him and his approach is that he been able to do this with a Global Startup Company building and Managing a Team with members from different countries and cultures.  In his career, he has maintained a high level of respect of others and their backgrounds and have been always eager to learn and share with them.

His focus is on collaboration and organizational empowerment that drives high performance. He equips his customers with the skills to create a foundation that enables the best possible road to success.
